The InTouch Core Services provides the general facilities that are used by the staff to manage basic club activities.
InTouch Calendar
Staff can record any appointment related information in the InTouch Calendar whether it is with a lead, another staff member, or a group of both.
InTouch Message Center
Club staff often need a simple easy to use method of exchanging simple messages with each other. If your club is not set-up to use email for internal communications, the Message Center is the perfect way for staff to exchange information quickly.
Administration
The administration area of the InTouch Core Services allows you to perform the following administrative tasks:
- Add or remove staff members and assign their role, i.e. sales, receptionist, manager, etc.
- Add or remove roles for special staff members, the follwing roles are ready to use:
- Administrator
- Front Desk
- Manager
- Sales Team
- Create or modify broadcast emails used by the InTouch Communication Server
