With the InTouch Communication Server you can send emails to leads depending on their age and progression through the sales process. The golden rule is that persistence is critical to making sales.

The emails for the InTouch Communication Server can be sent based on the age of a lead and whether the lead is active, lost, or won:

  • Each email is sent in text and HTML so that the prospect sees the richest email possible in his email client (Gmail, Outlook, etc).
  • Each email will easily allow the prospect to opt out of receiving future emails
  • Each email can have a completely different message, i.e. lost prospect emails can send free passes, etc.
