SATS goes Live with InTouch Portal!

Today all 45 clubs for S.A.T.S. Norway went live bringing the total number of clubs using the InTouch Portal in the Nordic countries to 112.  SATS is Europe's 2nd largest health club chain operating in the Nordic countries.  Deployment of the InTouch Portal to Denmark started in June with sucesssive deployments to Finland, Sweden, and now Norway; over 3,500 staff members access the InTouch Portal daily at SATS.  SATS has a member base of 250,000 who also access the InTouch Member Portal for their fitness needs.

The InTouch Portal 2.0.0 includes a Sales Tracker that standardizes the process of club sales and prevents leads from falling through the cracks.   The InTouch Sales Portal is designed to make the sales process more efficient without requiring more than basic training on the software.  The InTouch Sales Portal allows staff to schedule or reschedule appointments for club tours, enter single leads or lead boxes, and complete walk-in sales effectively.

The Sales Tracker was extended  to implement the notion of an orientation appointment for new members.  During the sales process, the Sales Tracker uses the answer to the new member's motivation questions to determine if the member needs an orientation or in SATS lingo an "Initial Training Guidance" (ITG).  These orientations are scheduled only within the availability of the orientation trainers using the InTouch Calendar.

The next version of the InTouch Sales Portal is expected to include the ability to send SMS messages for all prospects that have a sales appointment.
